Through different activities carried out and evaluated by our consultants, we make this process a more experiential situation that allows us to record behaviors and analyze if they fit the expectations of the client, who participates in this scenario as an observer, if desired.
How we do it?
Through various situational tests, which vary according to the characteristics of the profile and the necessary competencies
