Challenge

One the most luxury and famous hotel chain in the world for more than 100 years, through its Marketing Agency, wanted to help the launch of one of its brands into the financial area of Ciudad de México. The scope is business travelers and local customers living in a 10 miles ratio.

Solution

We defined 2 big groups using a segmentation profile with the following criteria:

1 - B2C

  • People attending social events in "Delegaciones" nearby the financial center
  • People travelling inside Mexico and hosted in 4-5 stars hotels

2 - B2B

  • Advertising, marketing and event agencies in CDMX
  • Top executives working in companies around the financial center

The search delivered more than 500k prospects for the B2C group and 8k records for the B2B group.
The marketing campaign included: postal mailing, html creative service, email campaign and customer service follow up.
